No you don't need to pay re-order design mold again, we can keep your mold around 5 years.

What is your custom order sample time and mass production time?

For sample time we need 6-8 days, mass production time we need 12-15 days.

Can you provide custom packaging?

Yes we can provide custom packaging as well, packaging can have your own logo.

How can you send order to my address?

Usually we use air express services to delivery order to you, such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT. We also can delivery by ocean, train or truck if your country have service like them.

Will my customs duties/taxes be included in your quotation?

Sometimes we can provide delivery service like it, but most of time if the order package is small, the customs duties/taxes should be paid by yourself, but we can help you pay less if you need.
